Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer UPS shipping throughout most of the world! 

If you are outside of the USA, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, or the United Kingdom, please contact us at [customer support email] before purchasing.

Please allow up to one full business day after payment for us to process, package, and ship your order. 

If you’ve ordered during a USA holiday, over a weekend, or after 9pm on a business day, we will process, package, and ship your order the following business day.

Orders are typically delivered throughout the USA and Canada within one week of shipping. International orders are typically delivered within two weeks of shipping depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Shipping durations will vary, and deliveries may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to these factors or others related to the delivery services. Nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages during the delivery process.

If your order contains inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed at least 2 additional business days after this is resolved. 

If your order contains inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, Hotmommyandme is not responsible for any losses resulting from this and cannot offer a refund for this purchase.

The processing and shipping time for out-of-stock item(s) may vary.

International Customs 

Customs duties, fees, or taxes may apply upon entry to your selected shipping address. These duties, fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hotmommyandme is not responsible or liable for any additional charges required during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs. If you have any questions about potential duties, fees, or taxes in your area, please contact your local customs office prior to purchasing.

If you refuse to pay the customs duties, fees, or taxes, your order will be held for 2 weeks and then will be abandoned. Hotmommyandme is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order. We do not offer refunds for an order abandoned at customs.
