Refund policy
Returns
All full-priced clothing items in their original condition may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for either a refund to your original purchase method or in-store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, labels attached, and in the original packaging. Returned items are carefully inspected for any sign of use or damage. If items don’t meet all of these criteria, an item may be declined a refund or awarded only a partial refund.
Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
Swimwear is eligible for return only if unworn and with sanitary liner still attached.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Please take care when opening your package – items cut or torn during package opening will not be eligible for returns.
Items returned to the manufacturer or an incorrect address cannot be considered for refund. Please follow the return process below carefully to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you at the email address provided during purchase whether you qualify for a refund.
Returned items are carefully inspected for any sign of use or damage. Any item that doesn’t fully meet the return requirement will not be awarded a refund.
If you are approved for a refund, credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Although Hotmommyandme submits all approved refunds within 10 days of approval, banks may have their own processing time before posting the refund.
If you haven’t received your payment after the above mentioned time frame, first contact your credit card company and/or your bank to see if the refund is held up in processing.
If you’ve done this and still can’t locate your refund, please contact [customer support email].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to being in your possession. If you need an exchange due to incorrect sizing or another issue, please contact us directly at [customer support email] for consideration. An exchange is not guaranteed under these circumstances and usually depends on stock availability.
Gifts
Items marked as “gifts” at the time of purchase can be returned by the gift receiver for in-store credit. After the item is approved for a return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Items not marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase but were delivered to the gift giver and personally gifted must be returned by the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs
All costs associated with shipping your purchase for a refund are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hotmommyandme is not responsible for any costs incurred during this process or for items that get lost or damaged during the return process. Items that do not meet our return criteria, even if damaged during the return process, will not be eligible for a refund.
